What is a Music Loop Package™?
A collection of sound files designed to give your interactive project a complete, cohesive musical theme. A typical Music Loop Package™ contains:• A full mix loop to be used for a Flash intro or main section.
• Alternate mixes of the main loop for section changes.
• Individual short sounds for rollovers, accents, transitions, etc.

I Can’t Find Exactly What I Need. Do You Do Custom Work?
Yes. Typical turnaround time for a custom loop package is 48 hours and prices start at $499.00. You can call us at 678-461-6001 or e-mail a request to info@bbm.net. Once we begin work on your project, we will create a secure ftp dropbox which you can use to approve our work before you purchase it with a major credit card. Can I Download A Music Loop Package™ Right Now?
Yes. Once you’ve completed your credit card transaction you will be sent to a download page where you can download your 16-bit, 44kHz WAV files as a ZIP file. The total file sizes range from 3 to 10 megs per package.
What Does It Cost To License A Music Loop Package™?
The cost for one Music Loop Package is $49.99. We also offer discounted single loops for $19.99. You can search by either pricepoint at our search page.
Can I Return a Loop Package If I Don’t Use It?
No. Due to copyright liability, we cannot offer a refund once you have downloaded our music. If you are interested in showing comps to a client before purchasing, please call us at 678-461-6001 or e-mail us at info@bbm.net and we will create a link where you can get MP3's of the music you'd like to try.

That’s easy. Just listen to our stuff! This music was created by some of the most accomplished musicians in the country. Everyone on our team is a full-time musician with a killer project studio. Yes, we’ve got tons of great gear, but we are constantly amazed at the fact that good tracks are ultimately a product of experience, not gizmos.Secondly, these loops are copyright clean. Once you’ve purchased a license from BBM.net, there’s no worrying about sample clearance, work-for-hire clauses, and other hassles that could cost you money later. You and your client are covered.
Is Your Payment Method Secure?
All online credit card transactions are processed by Verisign™ and 128-bit encypted through a Thawte™ Secure Socket Layer Web Server. Because our search page is constructed in frames you will not necessarily see the "site secure" indicator in your browser, but we provide a Thawte verification link so you can check our status.
What Are The Licensing Terms for a Loop Package?
For $49.99 you receive a permanent, non-exclusive, non-broadcast license. That means you can use the music for as long as you like for any purpose except radio and TV broadcasts. The full agreement can be seen during the checkout process.
If I Need Elements from Two Different Loop Packages, Do I Have To Buy Full Licenses For Both Packages?
Yes. You’ll have to purchase licenses for both packages.
Can I Buy Exclusive Rights to a Loop So No One Else Can Use It?
Yes. You can purchase a permanent, exclusive Internet license for any loop in the library for $1799.99. At that point the loop will be permanently removed from the library, but be aware that other companies may already own a non-exclusive license for that Loop Package. Another option is to have BBM.net create a custom loop for you and purchase a permanent license for that Loop Package.
Can I Use These Loops for Other Media Within My Company?
Yes! With a BBM.net loop license you are also covered for non-exclusive, non-broadcast usage. That means you can use your Music Loop Package™ for sales presentations, training videos, trade shows, kiosks or anything that is not broadcast on radio or TV.
If You Create A Custom Loop for Me, Will Others Be Able to Use It?
With every Custom Loop Package, you get a one-year exclusive Internet license and a permanent non-exclusive Internet license. That means that you can use the loop as long as like, but one year after the purchase date of the loop, BBM.net is allowed to make your loop available for others to license. You will be notified 60 days before your exclusive use runs out, however, to give you the option to renew your exclusive license at the rate of $600.00 per year.
Does My License Cover TV And Radio Usage?

Can I Share These Files With Others?
No. All BBM.net Music Loop Packages™ are copyrighted material and cannot be shared or distributed outside the scope of your project.
Can I Use Your Free Loops In My Commerical Project?
Yes, but only for non-broadcast projects. TV and radio usage requires a separate license. We do, however, request that you list us in your credits (if applicable) as “Music by BBM.net”.

What File Format Does a Music Loop Package Come In?
Our music is delivered as CD quality WAV files (16 bit/44kHz) in a zipped folder. Flash normally converts files to MP3 format, so importing MP3's into your movie isn't the best option because it will cause a conversion redundancy.
How Do I Integrate These Files Into My Site?
If you just want your music to loop on a homepage, the easiest way is to embed a .SWF file into that page using the method outlined here:

I’m Having Download Trouble. How Do I Reach You?
After your transaction is complete you will be sent an e-mail with a back-up link in case you have trouble downloading your music from our site. For further assistance, you can e-mail us at info@bbm.net or call us at 678-461-6001 EST.
Can I Import My WAV's Into Yahoo PageBuilder?
Yes, but it requires a few extra steps. First, BBM.net will need to convert your files to 8bit/22kHz so they will load faster. Just notify us at info@bbm.net and we'll have your files back to you within a day or less (usually 3 hours).
Second, you may need ftp software to manually upload your files in case Yahoo's File Manager gets cranky about accepting wav's. In any event you can always reach us for tech support at 678-461-6001 and we'll get you through it.
Why Do I Get Asked For A Password When I Try To Open My Files?
Your unzip application probably wants to be registered. If you don't want to register your software with the manufacturer, try a free program like Expander from Aladdin Systems available at:
Why Can't Hear Your Loops When I Press the "Listen" Button?

How Can I Add Your Music To My PowerPoint Presentation?
Once you’ve downloaded your WAV’s go to Insert>Movies and Sounds>Sound from File and select the bbm.net loop you want to hear. Then go to Edit>Sound Object and check the box that says “Loop Until Stopped”. You’re done!
How Do I Use Your Music If I Don't Have Flash?
All bbm.net music purchases come with a choice of three colorful SWF files, ranging from 40K to 70K in size, that will play your main mix for ten seconds before fading out. You can add the SWF to your web page using any simple html editor, such as 1st Page 2000, using the code provided with your purchase. To see examples of our SWF's, go to our How It Works page.
In my Powerpoint slideshow, how do I make the music loop continuously while the slides change automatically?
Import the music into your presentation in the way described here. Then follow these steps:
Right click on the icon in your presentation, and select "Custom Animation." There will be a section for "Effect" with the option to stop playing after “x” slides. Set the number of slides for the sound to play here. Now when you select OK and exit the custom animation box, your sound will continue to play while your slides change automatically.
I use Safari as my browser and I’m having trouble viewing your site. What can I do?
